The College is approved by the Board of Barbering and Cosmetology, State of California, as a training institution to qualify graduates for State Licenses, as Cosmetologist, or Cosmetology Instructor, Manicurist or Esthetician.  The College is also approved by or registered with agencies that provide financial or other assistance to students.
